Order Processing

Orders are normally prepared within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. During launches, promotions or peak periods, processing may take longer.

Domestic Shipping — Thailand

We offer free shipping within Thailand on every order placed through our website, with no minimum purchase. Orders are normally delivered within 3–5 business days after dispatch, and no domestic delivery fee is charged at checkout.

International Shipping

International shipping is coming soon and is not available at this time. We will announce the service and available destinations when international delivery opens.

Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, the tracking information will be sent to the email address provided with the order after the parcel is dispatched.

Delivery Delays

Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of carrier operations, severe weather, customs, public holidays, an incorrect address or events outside our reasonable control. If a significant delay becomes known to us, we will notify you using the contact information supplied with your order. Please contact us if your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe so we can assist with the carrier.

Address and Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and telephone number. Additional delivery charges resulting from an incorrect address, an unclaimed parcel or repeated delivery attempts may be charged to the customer. If a parcel is confirmed lost or damaged in transit, contact us so we can investigate and provide the appropriate resolution.
